Those wheels are not intended for an e30 M3. Very wrong offset. Anything will more or less fit anything. Doesn't mean it will work properly.
Just bought this 2001 BMW K1200RS with only 15k miles (25k kilometers). Bike is perfect except for having been dropped once on each side. There are some small scratches on the fairing but nothing too...
Ah, ah, ah. Idiots deserve to be idots, because they are idiots. ;-)
Sold my '02. Kept the S14
Had many, many offers for the motor, which were declined. I have seen the scarcity increase over the past years. I will need a spare engine for my M3, one day. So, it's a...
Hey Brandon. I am 99.99% sure that this rubber seal is just another industrial product that BMW buys by the roll. Chances are that you can find another source. Can you make a close-up picture showing...
You can't catch a Ninja ;-)
Reviving an old thread.
I happen to have 15 sets available. They shall ship next week.
Still the same price of $20.00cad...
Car has sold to a Philly racer and will join a stable of very fast 2002s.
I am a slim dude (33 waist). I love Recaro's SPG. Being snug on the track is great for an hour, but can be annoying on the road after half a day. I also have a Sparco Evo. With that seat I can drive...
Depends of use. A set of calipers that have been overheated at a track event may not last long. Seals shall be replaced every other year on a racecar. Street car? No idea.
"Voluptuous" guys can use a Sparco Evo 2 or 3. They are quite comfy (the seats, not the guys)
It's funny. For a moment I thought I clicked on s14.net - - - I guess I am on lowrider.com ;-)
Thanks for one more corny comment. You definitely continue to amaze me with your attitude.
To others, price was intended to be cad, but you can pay me in usd just to please "that" dude.
Don't worry. S14.net's email system has been down for the past 6 months (and even more). Not the end of the world. Just start a Facebook page. It rarely goes down. ;-)
Those early shells are so light. It comes with half a dozen boxes of spares. I just need the room. ;-(
That would be an easy project. All the hard work has been done.
Rustfree shell bought from Santa Rosa (California) about 20 years ago. Bare metal respray, inside outside. Never hit or rusted. Exceptionally stiff shell. Tii struts. Solid and raised subframe. Kosei...
If the pitch changes it might be the diff indeed
if it sounds more like constant grinding, it could be a wheel bearing.
Hmm... And those pulleys aren't cheap either. Even used. ;-(
Now shoot some lube.
Yes. Look for what's not working. Check the cable mechanism.
Remove back panel and check mechanism
Very nice work Andrew. Does it mean the days of the dreaded leaky water pump are now over ? ;-)
In regard of ditching the fixed limiting valve, I'd replace it with an adjustable one. The reason is that if simply skipping the valve, you may end up with 40 to 50% more rear hydraulic pressure on...
Flip your brake pads every weekend to avoid taper wear, which increases pedal travel.
Stainless steel pistons will help isolate heat from the rotors/pads and keep your fluid cooler.
Preview of what's in line at the CNC shop ;-)
Plenty in stock. $90.00cad + $20.00cad shipping - Canadian currency at firstname.lastname@example.org - Specify blank or with holes.
Only if those seats respect Recaro's mounting pattern. Your seats probably have four 8mm bolts located 261mm apart (front to rear).
Should definitely have been mirror-like vinyl.
Those are for reclining Recaros only. Sidemounted race seats use another mounting kit that can be fitted to e30 sliders or solid mounted with floormounts.
