Part number and name for Steering wheel piece?

I am looking for the part number/name of the brass ring on the back of the stock wheel that engages the steering wheel lock, and gives power to the horn.

Anyone still have the link to that site with all part numbers and diagrams?
It was a website for a part dealer that wasn't actively selling yet, but had everypart number.

I tried searching for but found nada...
