Some much needed new driving music

Just picked up the new Lamb of God and Saosin cds and am enjoying those a lot while on the road. Anybody else into that genre? I just ask because to me there's no better driving music regardless of my mood. What do everyone else cruise to?

Same here. I like the old singer better. The new guy is not bad, but i just think that the old singer is a better sounding singer than the new one.

For the new genre of "METAL" I like and have seen Atreyu, As I Lay Dying, Bleeding Through, Throwdown...that's all i can remember 'cuz i go to alot of shows down here in SD @SOMA. I used to like A7X but they kinda got "EMO" and not in a good way (too much ballad shit). A.F.I. & H.I.M. (yes i said H.I.M.) are emo but in a very rockin' way. I listen to all kinds of stuff. Lately Rise Against has seen alot of time in my car...lol. Who else do you like?

I got a pretty broad spectrum, or atleast I like to think. It dies today, Between the burried and me (awsome live), Chimaira, Saosin (preferably old singer, but new stuff is good too), Unearth, Some Mars volta, 311, old school incubus. Now that I'm trying to think of them, I'm drawing a blank. But I think you get the idea. But pretty much anything on my ipod and 2nd or 3rd gears and you can't put me in a bad mood.

Hahaha. I'd have to agree with you, as much as i love my exhaust, i love the car even more with some "high spirited" music.
