    I see used TMS chips for sale now and then, any reason to buy new over used? Are the new ones the same as say a 4-7 yr old one? Or have they been up-dated / improved through the years? {have a stock 2.3 in Calif.}

    Thanks & feel free to PM me.

    I don't think they have been updated....and there is no reason not to get a used one since they don't wear out. (assuming a pin hasn't broken)

    I got a used one edva from this forum and it works just fine. I managed to sell my Autothority chip to offset the cost.
