48, bought an E46M3 in December '02 to track, still have it, retired to street duty, and in Dec '06 bought and started racing a very well built E30M3.
I raced motorcycles most of my life, and quit road racing 6 years ago, but missed competition, so here I am again, back on track with BMWCCA and Nasa. Hope to see you out there,

Looks like someone rented a Hertz Mustang for for the track days.

Saw an episode of PINKS and someone also rented one for the drag strip.

From what I hear they got trackers on the cars so they'll know if they're being tracked and abused.

Me and my E46, pre E30 Days. RRT helped me to set up this car too, and subsequently, started our relationship.:cycle:
This was 2 years ago, and that was a Shelby GT350. Hertz and Carrol Shelby revisited a program they came up with in the 60's called "Rent a racer". I'm not sure if they still have that program now, or if they were actually intended for folks to track them?? Here is some info I just found on the program Hertz offered.

I mean really, I don't even let girls wear a bra when I take 'em for a ride in my ///M, let alone strap one on my pride and joy. 22, bought the car when I was 20. I can't believe that I haven't yet driven it properly since I bought it almost 2yrs ago as it's been under the knife for the past 1 1/2years (full engine rebuild) & I just heard that it will be ready in 2-3weeks woohoo!!
