    times appear to be displaying 1 hour 40 minutes behind actual time.

    The time is (or should be) based on the server location. You can configure the off-set for your geographical location in your control panel. Go to the Edit Options Page and make sure your time zone is set correctly.

    This *should correct it, although I'm not sure how you're off by 1 hr and 40 minutes.


    **Edit, never mind. I'm seeing the same thing. About an hour 40 minutes behind.
