    Sorry for the cross-post.

Has anyone ever ordered the "mounting parts set" for the front bumper (51 11 9 059 115)?
I'm wondering what its contents are and am trying to decide whether I should order it. If anyone could describe the contents I'd be grateful.

    Thanks in advance,
    Colin

I just got one. It includes the two plastuc brackets on the sides of the bumper theat hold the sides in place. And then alot of the pushpin deals that hold the metal bumoer to the plactis cover. IT also includes new nuts to hols the entire bumper on, and some screws witht he metal screw clips. It does not include, however, the only piece I wanted from it, which were the two plastuc clips that you screw the license plate bracket screws into.

Thanks De. Looks like I'll be ordering one today. Too bad you didn't get what you wanted. I haven't looked, but are the plastic clips you wanted available at an auto parts place as part of a license plate mounting kit?
For the rear license plate I see a similar part 51 18 1 916 071. Not sure if it can be used in the front though. Good luck.
