Joe those are some cool pics! love valve cover

how do you clean the throttle linkage ? it looks great!
Nice work on the inside with SE parts.
Well, first i degrease the parts. Then i first to sand each part by hand from 600 to 2000 sand paper. Cleaning the surface multiple times when sanding. Then going with a polish on the buff wheel. It take a lot of time.
I was going to buff the complete throttle bodies themselves but i didn't as i thought it be a little too much.

btw... That fuel regulator/pump is sitting just on front of the cam cover right? Or is somehhow connected the cam ? lol SOrry t ask this dumb question

Looking good man! Hope we see it soon!

Joe,
what pressure, injectors, engine management are you running?
Steve

Joe, you may want to check the max rated line pressure for your injectors. Many risk splitting their cases at that pressure.
Ted,
Yes, that is a concern. I am using the Pro-Lite 350 Hose. This is the specs from summit racing..
"Pro-Lite 350 hose is constructed in the U.S.A. of a tough, abrasion-resistant Nylon sheathing, banded to the textile inner braid embedded in the synthetic rubber liner. This gives the hose incredible flexibility, while maintaining the ability to withstand high vacuum and hot oil temperatures. It can withstand a maximum pressure rating of 350 psi, and an operating temperature range of -40 to +300 degrees F. The Pro Lite 350 hose can take the most demanding conditions and still deliver you to the winner's circle."
So, it should handle up to 350psi. I will be no where near that pressure.
BUT, i am considering running pipe for peace of mind (and also looks:gotcha
I have to decide soon.
I haven't had any bad experiences with the pro-lite 350. Have you? Other then pipe what are my other choices?

The line isn't the problem, but the injectors may be. The injectors themselves have a tendency to fail under excessive pressure, starting with splitting of the cases. They aren't designed for that type of rail pressure.
You should check into that. One injector I know that can deal with 120psi max is the Bosch EV14 style. Most cannot.
Ted,
You are absolutely right, everything needs to be able to handle the pressure safely.
The injectors i am running are Accel 150148. I tried posting specs but the charts with all the data does not copy over nicely. You will have to look up the spec if you want to see them. Sorry.
Accel says that they are rated to 125psi so that is my limit for fuel pressure.
