I have just knackered one cam and hopefully not too much else.

Since I need to get at least one new cam, what uprated cam should I be putting into the 320is? Should I just put in standard ones again? Or is there a proven route to slightly better performance with different cams. I don't intend to go crazy, but a mild upgrade would be welcome.
