Here is my problem i had my car painted by maaco about a year ago,
two months after it was painted the paint started to crack on the wing and bumper. I also notice where there was dirt underneath the paint and bubbles ,dripping on the front left fender and the paint lifting from bumper. For almost 2,000 dollars i expected better anyways i took it back to a diffrent maaco they repainted since i have a four year warranty on the m3 and the story repeats itself what should i do can i get my money back

    any advice welcomed!! Thanks

Try sending a letter to their corporate. Ya never know? Maybe they will take care of you.
    Good luck!

I would reach out to the company corporate headquarters prior to talking to BBB.

Corporate can do something for you, while going to BBB is likely to give them bad "marks" but you won't really get anything out of it.

I would suggest shopping around to a better bodyshop and ask them for advice on what was wrong with the process so that you have some information and details when speaking with corporate Maaco.

Then I'd suggest that you research a bodyshop and use a highly recommended one.

Hopefully, they will refund your money. You will not receive what you do not ask for. You will have to media blast the car to remove the paint. I am having this done as we speak.

Maaco did a horrible job on my Camry years back. Clear started to fade and it looked
like I had flat paint. Had water marks everywhere. I think I paid around a $1k for
very little prep needed. What a waste of money.

I was reading on here before how it was all about the prepping when you deal with maaco...
