Vlad was not able to attend since the dates were moved, however he still has time to think about what I proposed to resolve the issue and once I get back ill give him a call and see what he has to say after the time I have him to think it over.

But in the mean time, Im still waiting for the receipt for the work. Air Force legal needs it just in case.

Will,

I want to give him a chance as I think it's the right and fair thing to do. But Vlad's lack of communication and not mailing out my receipt from work done over 5 months ago is unacceptable.

I don't know Yan but definitely feel for him... not good 'publicity' for Vlad especially after the wheel "debacle" a few months back.

I think he has plenty of skeletons in his closet. I have dealt with him first hand and would not do it again. From first impression, you would think he would be upstanding because of all his past "work". But that fades fast when he starts telling untruths and wants to argue if you question anything. gentlemen, all of Yan's PMs were answered. I've been in constant contact with him.
Ever since the other thread was locked I asked Yan not to post anything on the internet until we resolve the situation. Yan ignored all of my requests and continued to post on all of the BMW forums even though he has all of my emails, phone numbers etc and can get in touch with me at any time.
This situation is being handled by my attorney now. I will not respond to any other posts regarding this matter.
