Will be updating hopefully this week. They called me during last week while I was at Bimmerfest saying that the last coat of primer was on and that they started to mask and paper everything.

I stopped by the body shop today and they painted all inners of the car as well as the hood, side skirts, doors and trunk and all the trim pieces. Now All that needs to be done is the quarter panels, roof and fenders and front bumper. Sorry for the blurry pics.

Looking great! I think it's very interesting seeing the E30 M3 apart like yours without the rear trunk lid and wing, etc. You can really see the impact the extended rake rearward of the rear window/roof line has on the profile of the car!

Thanks for the comments guys! I have a quick question, I can't decide on the interior color I want. I have 2 Interiors for it right now. I have a full set of Grey Leather interior including door cards (This is the color the car came with when it was new) I also have a full Black interior minus the front seats, so I'm either going to dye my grey fronts black or try and find a nice pair of black ones. I'm leaning towards black because Silver exterior on grey interior just seems real boring to me. What should I do?

Keep it grey and try to locate a grey dashboard as well. I think it would look rather smart. The grey dash was still available from BMW last I checked.

    Cheers,

Is a grey dash a euro thing or something? I've never seen one on a us spec.

Finally got the dash in and most of the wiring done, I just need to tidy it up a bit more. I also removed the old exhaust. The new header back exhaust is going in tomorrow once I get the proper hangers. Windshield is going in on Wed. Stay Tuned!

Huge mess of wires I had to sort out!
