Mine from the US was:
-5% GST (because your port of entry was BC I am guessing you also had to pay PST)
-6% Duty as it was manufactured outside of NA
-$125 Air Conditioning Tax
Declared Value of the car: $2700
Duty: $164.70 (6.1%)
GST: $143.24 (5%)
PST: $0 (I think I didn't have to pay PST because of the age of the car)
Soil Inspection fee: $48.16 (Flat fee)
Total paid to customs: $356.10
Arrival Port Handling Fees:
Container drayage: $385
Unloading of vehicle: $200
Handling and documentation: $50
Soil Inspection: $156.88 (paid to shipping company)
Courier fees: $15
Total paid to Arrival Freight Forwarder: 806.88
Departure Port Handling and shipping fees:
20' container shipping: $2460 (THCD fees included)
Loading and securing the vehicle in the container: $153
Container transport to port: $116
THCO: $92
Customs Handling: $52
Insurance: $184 (0.35% of the value of the car + container shipping cost or $184 whichever is highest)
Documentation fees: $81
Total Paid to the shipping company at Origin: $3138
THCO and THCD stands for Terminal Handling Charges Origination/Destination. These are something you need to ask for when shopping around because a lot of the companies do not include these in their quotes. Especially the THCD
