If I had the space and time I would do it again but it costs ££££ as xworks, Steve and others who have done the same would agree

Question... the exchange rate puts this at about $45,000 - $48,000 USD/CAD - does anyone know how much it would cost to put together a car like that if you started with a $10k-$14k base car and converted it to something like this?

I think this is an absolutely gorgeous car! I could see myself partnering with a local shop to do something like this one day. Amazing! I wish you a speedy sale!

Ive had so many people asking me how much would it cost to do mine? Which is cool but theres not a straight answer. Everyone can price up parts, but you will spend more than what figure you come to, and as for labour.......I did it all myself.

There are so many factors to consider and un knowns, its not just a case of you have a car lets start adding bits. Whats the shell like rust wise when youve stripped all the underseal and paint off etc? This car has not just been overpainted its future proof with 1000`s of hours spent in doing so.

Think of it in stages.......... engine, body, suspension, interior.......

example- lexan margard windows £600, bond for rear window £30, clips for rear window trim £70, reconditioning rear window trim (because it all has to be as new) heated front screen £300, bond kit for front screen £40, front window seal £25 then theres the labour on top unless like me you can do your self

Ok so thats over £1000 just on windows + labour

obviously you can get cheaper windows but I wasnt going to scrimp and save on any part of the car i wanted the best, and it shows in the end product I think.

Immaculate example, really sorry to see you selling it.
Somebody's going to end up with a very well built car.
    Good luck with the sale.

You did a great job. Wish the beloved was here in the states. I'd be a taker. Love it. Get your price no matter what.

I built the wiring harness with the extras you would need to get an mot like horn, washers, fog lights etc etc so not much work at all really. I did this because I didn't know if I would use it on the road in the future.

Yeh v5 is in my name and I have the vin tag I took off before I got the shell painted they are in the folder with the 2 inches plus of receipts.
