Hey guys, i got a little situation and was wondering what you guys would recommend. I recently bought a set of used clear Bosch Euro Smileys from a seller on R3VLIMITED. His username is SSKODA and here is his latest thread.

Everything went relatively well until i received my lights. I had asked him to sell me the best set that he had and to make sure all the connectors were included to which he said no problem. The lights arrived and were in great condition except on bracket was cracked in half and there were no connectors. I immediately contacted him and he responded and asked for pics, which i promptly sent. This was 2 weeks ago and now he stopped responding.

My question is what would you do? He is supposedly located in N. Ireland so it's not like i can show up at his house and get at him. Should i air him out on R3V? I only have 4 posts on there so i'm kinda the super noob..

I've seen his posts before but never had a transaction with him. He was selling a lot of ellipsoids from salvaged Euro cars. I didn't see much in the way of negative feedback.

My advice FWIW is to post up your pics of the items you received and your reposnses from the seller (or lack thereof) You basically got screwed if he sent you something in poor condition AND he doesn't take ownership. His business reputation should be more important to him than some connectors or a set of lights though. If you went through Paypal you can likely get your money back. Good luck,

Thanks. I think i'm gonna air him out on R3V. I just wasn't sure if he was a well known guy that people trusted or now. Thanks!

You can also file a dispute with Paypal, assuming you didn't pay him as 'gift'.
