SIG Fest 2012 is just 10 days away. Just to remind you, SIG Fest 2012 is scheduled for Friday October 19th and Saturday October 20th.

Friday the 19th, we will be meeting at a local bar and grill called “The Cabin”:

We’ll plan on meeting there at 6:30, so if you are coming into the area the evening before Saturday’s picnic and concourse, we will see you there. We are parking in a reserved section of the parking lot, so look for the other E30///M3’s / BMW’s!
Saturday we will be gathering at Spring Meadow Golf Club for this year’s picnic and concourse. Registration is strongly suggested, as we need to know how many people to expect. We are having the event catered, and need to know very closely how many are going to be eating. All you can eat buffet is $20 per person prepay, and $25 at the door.

bringing so I can let the caterer know… PLEASE.
Registration will close on Wednesday October 17th which is the day I have to commit the final headcount to the caterer. I appreciate everyone who is attending letting me know ASAP. If I do not hear from you, I will assume you are attending alone.
As always- SIG Fest will be a casual, kid-friendly event, with incredible cars (E30///M3’s only, but you never know what other cars may show up), great people, delicious food, and generous door-prizes. à Thanks to bimmers.com, the BMW CCA Foundation and our many sponsors, we have incredible give-aways (and will be holding a special raffle for a BMW bicycle and a few other special items) and collecting donations to be given to the BMW CCA Street Survival effort. Please see www.sigfest.com for a list of this year’s sponsors.
We’ll also offer a forum to sell or trade those extra parts you might have in the garage so bring them with you.
One additional note- please be mindful that we are gathering at an operating golf course, so care will have to be taken to keep the noise to a reasonable level. There is climate-controlled indoor dining areas and bathrooms, but no picnic tables out where the cars will be gathered, so please consider bringing a folding chair with you.
