Newer member here. Had car for a bit just got it out from a respray. Just took a few photos until I find more time and a better place to shoot. Exposure was all over the place since I had it on auto and took a few quick shots before traffic came in.![]()

car looks good! any additional plans for it now that it's back from the respray?
Thanks C_tejuco. Right now more cosmetic than performance. The car has a newer rebuild o the engine and all the suspension parts are in great shape now. The interior is gray and I want to change it to black leather. Powder coat the valve cover, etc and clean up the engine bay a bit more. Outside of that just drive it. It's a pretty complete car now. The 18's handles better than I thought they would even though the 17's are a little quicker on the turn-in and is more neutral when pushed but I am happy with the compromise. I still have a set of 17's to hit the mountains harder if I choose.
Very nice! What tire size are you running? Any rubbing? What suspension setup?

Low level thank for the Comment. I am running a 18x8 and 18x9 setup with 225/35/18 and 255/35/18. The front right rubs a little on the inner liner which I would need to heat gun it back a little. The rubbing is almost at full lock right but not full lock left. An e36 control arm and different bushings should center the wheels. I might do that later. Not bad enough for me to make a change now. The rear fenders are rolled and the fit is tight but no rubbing . I have H&R springs and bilsteins. Might go coilovers later.
your car is CLEAN! the 18s look pretty good too. i'm guessing you're on race springs right now? cant wait to see the new mods when you get them

Lovely colour. I used to have an M3 in same shade on Azev 17's. Also fitted black leather as a nice contrast.
Any interior pics?
Thank you for the kind words. Race springs right now. Ride compliant but not as sure footed as coil overs would provided. More than adequate for street needs but I have always liked adding coilovers.Originally Posted by kamakevie
Mark brown thank you. I will get some shots of interior. It's clean but I do want Black interior. Kevin from Creative Options here on this Board will be providing the leather goods once i am ready. I will probably deviate a little from original design with some deviated stitching color like silver to give contrast. I would like silver seat belts as well. interior bits are next. Ordered new carpet and seat shelf carpet. Carpet is in good shape but if I can get a new set i will try. Might take a while.
