Can anyone give me ballpark figures on how much a e30 m3 would cost for insurance for a 17 yr old without any wrecks. I know for a e30 325i it would be 162 a month. So any ideas? Thanks

If you really want to know the exact pricing, you should contact your current insurer for a price quotation.

i think the information you want is that it should be cheap............ to start with.

200mo is about what mine was. my advice is to invest in a radar detector, and have a friendly run in with your town cops before they approach you with misassumptions that could fry your ass.

did I mention I love fools who are given a little power?

it's really more dependent on your location than anything else, so any specific figures other people give you aren't likely to be applicable in your area. I'd call your insurance agent. In my experience, E30 m3s aren't really any more expensive than the E30 325is.

Insurance is obviously very expensive in the USA. Mine here in Australia is agreed valued (replacement value) for $38000USD and costs me $910USD per year.

I ono..it's really hard to say. I've worked under an insurance agent and a lot of factors will affect your pricing. It really varies.

All three (911, 325is, M3) cost exactly the same.
